I think it depends if you're shopping at a franchise NAPA or a corporate NAPA store as to how much Carlyle they have.
Parts clerks, well are parts clerks.

a Good one is truly worth their weight in gold but, those are few and far between. I've learned to lower my expectations when dealing with Parts Clerks.One thing that irks the hell out of me whether I'm visiting a booth at AAPEX/SEMA, chatting with a tool truck dealer, or ordering something online, is that no one seems to know their product these days.
From simple questions about battery testers to hand tools, getting a straight answer is harder than one would think especially when talking to a manufacturer's rep.
Anyway, back to Carlyle. My servicing store and area distribution center is well stocked most of the time. Of course, NAPA will list something in the real deals flyer that I want, and no one will have it
