Xmoonstompx, how do you like those punches? I was thinking of picking some up at my local Ace yesterday.

I have some chisels of the same brand. Surprisingly high quality.


I can't tell from the picture of the punches, but the chisels have an extra fat striking area, makes it easier to use in tough spots or with a big hammer.

Also got this wera VDE 1000V screwdriver set, use them at work and they are so convenient since there is only 1 handle, saves me carrying a whole host of separate drivers around in my toolbag! Now this wet will save me space in my portable toolbox for working at home aswell!

Grabbed these old Usa vice grips from the pawn shop for $3 each and got the Cobras for $15.



Just got the new laser from CPO yesterday. Adding on the the house and I'm digging the basement portion myself. Figured it will come in handy for the entire addition.

I was looking at air hammers on the truck last month and my bud said to wait because there is a bogo deal coming up... I asked for a green one...

He called me last night saying it was here...

Part number is PH3050BGCHL5 The website shows the kit at $692, no bogo... I paid $446...

The bogo in green is a limited run I was just told...

Got these is TK Maxx for £3 ($4), not the best, but for those fiddly little jobs they will be ideal and I can't see them breaking on something so small either!

Also picked up 2 magnetic socket rails for £3 each, one 1/2" drive one 3/8" drive, will get kept in storage till I get a garage and get my tools more organised!

I started the process of upgrading my 1/2" impact stuff. The stuff I work on is usually very old school American stuff so I've been outiftted for SAE for decades but my metric has been somewhat sparse.

Williams 1/2" impact metric set. Williams 1/2" deep 15-19, Williams 36mm deep (axle nuts on my Honda daily driver), and a random Williams deep non impact socket to fill in on a set I already had. All made in USA and all from Toolsdelivered.com.
