Working on my daughters Honda Accord brakes this weekend, had to get a new hand impact tool. The only place to get one around here was the local Advance Auto.

Anyone know the quality of this? It worked well for what I needed. The bits in the one I had twisted like a pretzel when I used them.

The only question is, can you find lime green paint marker?![]()

Mattvette89......I Have the set and only ever use the straight short one. I may have used the long straight one once but never came across a situation where I had to have the offset ones. Just saying in case u don't want to buy the $40-50 some dollar set

Pryer is for S-cam on air brakes, but I think it could be used for other things too.
This new style inner tie rod end tool for $20.00 from a Parts Plus auto parts store, http://www.ktoolinternational.com/k...-Specialty-Tools/Steering/KTI71519/p/KTI71519 Some of the newer style inner tie ends don't have flats on them

It won't fit the 1/2 drive impact I belive the body's will be differnt. Honestly I bought the impact and had my cornwell dealer order one for the next week he saw me..didn't pay attention to part number sorry.Tyguy1209
Do you know if the boot on your 3/8 impact will fit the 2755 1/2? Do you have a model number for the boot?
I've been wanting to pick up that set as well.
Every time I think I won't use it too much I'll get swamped with brake work.
I think I'll finally pick it up soon.
I have been on a search for these Allen wrenches for awhile. I looked at Menards, Home Depot, Sears, True value hardware, Fleet farm and was not finding a basic set of T handled Allen wrenches that I liked. Jegs to the rescue!

That looks like a miserable job now. Why would they do that???
That's a lot of pumping. I couldn't find the video I wanted to show you, but this is close. This guy has the right idea, but it's slow because of his pump. I use my air compressor and air nozzle and it's much faster. You can fill and extract.
EDIT: start this video at 20:17 to watch him fill....
Came in the brown truck today...GM Tech 2. And soon after, I figured out that to do what I need to do, I need a GM MDI.
