LOL, this is a funny but relevant thread.
I just had the shell of my garage built by a local crew. usually 2 regular crew, sometimes the boss, sometimes a 3rd crewman like when the trusses were put up.
Day one, I told them where there john was on the main floor right inside the side door. I also told them if they prefer to piss in the bushes feel free as it's a remote site and no one will know to care but the john is there for their use.
I also made them coffee nearly every day they were on site. When I wasn't going to be there the pot was ready and all they had to do was push a button. I didn't go to the extent of meals but I would have/should have near the end done a basic bbq. They were polite guys and declined most offerings but I would have gladly done a bbq if I wasn't already committed to being somewhere else. Poor planning on my part.
They were locals, not immigrant type. I have heard horror stories on what some immigrants do in public restrooms like tossing used toilet paper on the floor or in the waste basket. I understand that's due to a plumbing deficiency where they are from. Just glad I don't have to deal with that kind of silliness.

ETA- I did let them hunt the turkeys here, they were pleased at that and went out a few mornings before starting the job.
