Man I just checked all the big packs of wire nuts in my store today, not even on sale... What caught my eye was I saw two different brands too (Gorilla on the shelves, Ideal on shelf above)!
Have to find some for lift driver who doesn't do his job and scan when he lowers something. Have 2 pallets of 4 of the fridge that is 48.02. They have then mislabeled with wrong sku so they will not be found. Only thing I can think of is walk around and look for a forklift driver that doesn't have a handheld
They have changed sku around here back up to $199Porter cable compressor now 50.02 http://imgur.com/pOUjMec
General MM8 moisture meter - penny http://imgur.com/eEIEo9m
(may be specific to my area because they brought in a ton after the floods)
I'm talking about when it hits pennyI had a guy use a forklift to get down 3 penny ceiling fans. We put them all in my cart, and he never scanned them once. If I had just bought one or two, he probably would have brought the remainder down and scanned one.
But if your item is not yet a penny, why are you worried ?
I was invited to one of those said private HD deal forum. I was going to join but decided it was not fair of me to be there since I am not as active as those voodoo pros. Plus I have a full time job and don't have much time dedicated to chasing voodoo. And the most important reason of all is I am trying to cut this voodoo chasing addiction.
Makes me wonder what type of crazy dealz they are racking up in the private forum![]()

Oh, hello 597404BTW, TP is not HD

I'm still kicking myself in the foot for not buying a huge jar of red wire nuts at a garage sale for like a couple bucks.
I wouldnt feel TOO bad, the only wire nuts I buy anymore are the Ideal WingNuts. TRULY dont need to pre-twist any wires when using them.
Better yet are the In-Sure connectors that you just push the wires into.
I'm old school, I always pre-twist my wires... lol. I've used those in-sure connectors in some florescent lights, but never bought any to use for other purposes.
Hi all! I have been perusing this forum for a few weeks now. I went to HD last week and lucked out. They had one Ridgid X4 combo kit according to the computer on clearance for $80. I couldn't find the one (even had a manager help me look) so he gave me the newer x5 combo (R9205) for the same price
I figured I would mention this, because some managers are more than happy to appease customers with deals and it doesn't hurt to ask!
dude! if you really got the brushless gen5x set for $80, thats a killer deal! They had one Ridgid X4 combo kit according to the computer on clearance for $80. I couldn't find the one (even had a manager help me look) so he gave me the newer x5 combo (R9205) for the same price![]()
It's very possible that keeper strap is a penny. All of the ratchet strap deals are gone from the computer in my area
Gone from the computer but not necessarily the shelves. The 6' straps show up as one cent in the price check app.
You're not hiding stuff in the bottom drawers of the toolboxes waiting for prices to drop are you??? LOL
