I'm currently planning out my garage build that I'd like to start this summer and would like someone to review a couple things about my electrical plans.

I plan on having everything run in conduit on the surface of the walls except for one outlet in the ceiling that will be used for the garage door opener, and the 5 outdoor lights.
I plan on having 6 runs of all 3/4" conduit.
1) 60 Amp 240V circuit with 6 gauge wire with 10 gauge ground to a 10 kW heater.
2) 30 Amp 240V circuit with 10 gauge wire and one 12 (Meant to put 10) gauge ground to a Craftsman 60 Gallon Air Compressor
3) 2x 20 amp 120V circuits with 12 gauge wire and one 12 gauge ground to alternating outlets
4) 2x 20 amp 120V circuits with 12 gauge wire and one 12 gauge ground to alternating outlets along with 1x 15 amp 120v circuit to lighting (no more than 6 current carrying wires) (9x 2 bulb t8 fixtures or led equivalent)
5) 2x 20 amp 120V circuits with 12 gauge wire and one 12 gauge ground to alternating outlets along with 1x 15 amp 120v circuit to lighting (no more than 6 current carrying wires) (5x 2 bulb t8 fixtures or led equivalent and a ceiling fan)
6) 50 amp 240V circuit with 8 gauge and 10 gauge ground.
I believe I've accounted for all the deratings (no more than 80% based on fill), but I'm concerned about the grounds. In runs 4 and 5 should I run a separate 12 gauge and 14 gauge grounds to follow the outlet circuits and lighting circuit (respectively)?
Anything I may be missing? Thanks!

About the only place you'll see this done is in industrial applications (where they also use rigid conduit, maybe he should upgrade to that too). This is typical GJ overkill engineering.
