Double check my wiring please

I'm currently planning out my garage build that I'd like to start this summer and would like someone to review a couple things about my electrical plans.

I plan on having everything run in conduit on the surface of the walls except for one outlet in the ceiling that will be used for the garage door opener, and the 5 outdoor lights.

I plan on having 6 runs of all 3/4" conduit.
1) 60 Amp 240V circuit with 6 gauge wire with 10 gauge ground to a 10 kW heater.
2) 30 Amp 240V circuit with 10 gauge wire and one 12 (Meant to put 10) gauge ground to a Craftsman 60 Gallon Air Compressor
3) 2x 20 amp 120V circuits with 12 gauge wire and one 12 gauge ground to alternating outlets
4) 2x 20 amp 120V circuits with 12 gauge wire and one 12 gauge ground to alternating outlets along with 1x 15 amp 120v circuit to lighting (no more than 6 current carrying wires) (9x 2 bulb t8 fixtures or led equivalent)
5) 2x 20 amp 120V circuits with 12 gauge wire and one 12 gauge ground to alternating outlets along with 1x 15 amp 120v circuit to lighting (no more than 6 current carrying wires) (5x 2 bulb t8 fixtures or led equivalent and a ceiling fan)
6) 50 amp 240V circuit with 8 gauge and 10 gauge ground.

I believe I've accounted for all the deratings (no more than 80% based on fill), but I'm concerned about the grounds. In runs 4 and 5 should I run a separate 12 gauge and 14 gauge grounds to follow the outlet circuits and lighting circuit (respectively)?

Anything I may be missing? Thanks!

2 - 30amp still needs 10 gauge for grounding - or skip wire and let the conduit ground.

Whoops, I meant to put 10 gauge on that one. I'm going to run ground wires for peace of mind I think.

Yeah, because 99% of the conduit installations in this country apparently suffer from unreliable grounds. :headscrat About the only place you'll see this done is in industrial applications (where they also use rigid conduit, maybe he should upgrade to that too). This is typical GJ overkill engineering.

call it as you see it. Maybe overkill, maybe not. I do not do electrical for a living but have "seen things".
Have you ever seen a "upgraded" section using pvc conduit? I have - how does the conduit provide ground then?
Or a couple of receptacles and some light circuits added using NM / Romax? And then the ground is neglected to be added? I have.
Ever see a EMT conduit run put together and no one tighten the screws and the conduit can be rattled around in the fitting? I have.
I read many "horror" stories on GJ and other places of misapplied electrical systems and the correct way to do it. I chose to pull the ground with the other wires.

That's all well and fine, but everything you described is an improper installation. If someone comes behind you and performs an improper installation, there's not much you can do and even adding a ground wire will not guarantee a proper installation. Case in point, there's nothing wrong with someone extending a circuit using PVC or Romex, but they are required to pull a ground wire in the PVC or bond the ground in Romex when doing so. If they fail to do that, your ground wire in EMT does nothing to prevent the issue. Same applies to all your examples. I was an electrician for 15 years, mostly doing service work so I saw LOTS of electrical problems. Never once saw a problem with an ungrounded EMT installation. Do they exist? Sure, but they are 100% due to someone doing something incorrectly.

I guess I need to think more about using conduit as EGC, it would save time and money, but I've always been a fan of over kill. Would I be able to use conduit as ground on the 50 and 60 amp circuits as well?

Any opinions of multi-wire branch circuit with a tandem breaker (2 circuits per duplex outlet as well)? I would use it on the 3 circuits where I have 2 20 amp circuits in the same run.
