Today (Friday 1/27), went out and looked at the mess and paint job that awaits me tomorrow. basically nothing as we had both grand-kids (ages 3 & 1) today. Love them to death, but can really use up your time
Broke ground on the new shop yesterday.

That looks so Pro! I'll be following your project.
btw I dig your bar dragging avatar.

Jim,
EXCELLENT!!!
Mind if I ask "general" price you are being quoted to do so or are you doing the majority of the work yourself?
I only ask because NOVA prices always seem to be insane compared to the rest of the known world...hahaha

Hi Nigel,
My BIL is doing the pad, and I am doing the rest with a little help from my friends. The pad is going to cost about @$1500, and the building I have at just under $4K, no labor, but finished with insulation, electrical and drywall.
That's excellent!! Please keep updates for us. Looking forward to seeing it progress!
What are the plans? Anything specific or just making the garage larger?
-Nigel
Like this, except I may go full width.

This allows us to park our two cars and three bikes in the garage when it snows or storms.
