Hey PelicanPines what brand are those blue handle socket drivers?
1960 to 1963 only. The patent was approved in 1959.
Short run, Long lasting.
Well, I just got back from checking my super secret parts stash. I had to sneak past the living trees in the magic forest, feed the dragon, and kick the three headed dog in the nuts, but once I finally remembered which gargoyle to poke in the eye to open the door, I found that I have all the parts I need to rebuild the ratchet.
Now I just need to get the damned thing apart.
Outlaw - You're probably right, I wasn't planning on playing with the handle anyway though.

Eight, you have 8 of them. You win, you have the most that I have seen.
I got one or two more...

I have spent a lot of time in pawn shops and tool stores, and still have never seen one of these in the wild...
Mythology 101: Unit I
Chapter 1: Unicorns
Chapter 2: Cyclops
Chapter 3: Craftsman Spinner Ratchet ranging from .50 to $25 at Pawn Shops & Yard Sales.
omg, last year i happen to find a large box at an estate sale of a tool sales man with about 125 new ones in it for $38......I had no idea of the value, I made metal sculptures creatures out the tools. I used them as the body of caterpillars, spiders and ants, bent wrenched as legs and welded them to it![]()
