top pic is a powder fired fastener system, it is a mid tier product, as RamSet owned the market for decades.
Got to be careful with them, as they can fire offcenter/deflect on hitting something solid in the aggregate.
Value, $50 to the right buyer, I would check the big auction site for completed sales.
Second is a case for a rotary hammer/drill by AEG a big German player in that market until Hilti came along. The one I had had a handle that would allow one to rotate a cylinder, with a masonry drill bit in the center, while drilling a precise hole for a matching anchor plug. The tool is a Kett saw for sheet metal or thin stock.
Little to no value, unless you find a collector, again as above, I would check the big auction site.
Both appear to be in better than usual condition, as both tools would have been used and abused in the construction where they were used.
