The CASE from the second is a rotary hammer, but the tool is a Kett saw. It's sort of a weird version of a circular saw for sheet metal use.

top pic is a powder fired fastener system, it is a mid tier product, as RamSet owned the market for decades.

Got to be careful with them, as they can fire offcenter/deflect on hitting something solid in the aggregate.

Value, $50 to the right buyer, I would check the big auction site for completed sales.

Second is a case for a rotary hammer/drill by AEG a big German player in that market until Hilti came along. The one I had had a handle that would allow one to rotate a cylinder, with a masonry drill bit in the center, while drilling a precise hole for a matching anchor plug. The tool is a Kett saw for sheet metal or thin stock.

Little to no value, unless you find a collector, again as above, I would check the big auction site.

Both appear to be in better than usual condition, as both tools would have been used and abused in the construction where they were used.

Top is a medium velocity POWDER actuated stud driver. They were banned by OSHA many years ago...of course they performed MUCH, MUCH better than the new low velocity POS's that are avaliable today. That gun worked the same as a hand gun, in the fact that the powder blast propels the pin directly. With the new guns, the powder pushes a piston that drives the pin, resulting in a lot of recoil and kills your wrist by the end of the day.
Thanks again OSHA and the lawyers of America for dumbing up our tools.

I'm fairly positive that 'civilians' can no longer purchase either the drive pins or shots, but some 'special' government types can...at least that was so many years ago.
I have the very same gun somewhere in my old tool pile. That gun was the quickest gun to load of all the brands I've used. Wish I had a dime for every pin I installed with those!
