Hey everyone, I'm new here. Been lurking for awhile and decided to join.
Anyway, my question is related to screwdrivers. I'm curious why most quality manufacturers appear to have replaced the old square hard handle designs in favor of Tri-Lobe (I believe that's what it's called)?
From an ergonomics standpoint, the tri-lobe handles don't feel very good in the hand, IMO. I'm big into NAPA Carlyle tools right now and their screwdrivers just don't seem that great. They have a square hard handle 1/4" spin driver that would make for a perfect set of screwdrivers. I'd love to see this! Or at least see a manufacturer come out with a nice set that has hex bolsters. Being on somewhat of a budget, I can't justify more than $100 for an old set of MAC or Snap On hard handles. Williams might be just what I need...
