Any good STORE bought 4-in-1 Screwdrivers?

Looking for a decent store bought 4-in-1 / 6-in-1 screwdriver.

Anyone use them?

Any recommendations?

My main concern is good quality bits.

I want to be able to buy it in a store, not online and not off a truck.

If that is even possible anymore...................

Any brand aimed towards electricians and HVAC guys are generally pretty descent. Lennox, Klein, Green Lee come to mind.

When I was working apartment maintenance I kept a Lennox 4 in 1, a pair of Channel Lock 420s, and a Proto 6 inch adjustable on me at all times. Could fix 75% of repair calls with just those tools.

The Kleins I see use a smaller type tip.

Is this the one everyone is recommending?

This is the one I have. Klein 32476. It has a #1 Philips with 3/16 flat and #2 Philips with 9/32 flat. Got it at Home Depot for around $10.00

I have an old Taiwan made Husky that I keep in a drawer in my kitchen that's used for odd jobs when I don't feel like walking out to the garage. I also have a few of the Harbor freight ones that I got for free with coupon. Both are fine .

Yes. Along with my 11-1 Klein I use the red tamperproof Megapro screwdrivers. They hold a lot of different bits. Very nice design.

Klein 11 in 1. I dropped mine 60' off a crane onto a steel deck plate and all it did was take a tiny chip out of the large flat blade bit that it landed on. Well, it also explosively disassembled it, but once I put it all back together it was fine!

Spend just a little more and get the 10 in 1 Klein. Enderes makes good ones too, but I haven't seen them locally in years.

I quit using my 11-1 because the small double sided bits kept falling out or staying stuck in screws. Extremely annoying.

And the bits seemed no better in wear resistance than the cheap hardware store variety.

Some of the Amazon reviews mention the bit issue.

I mainly use a Snap-on ratcheting screwdriver with Apex bits, but the Lutz 6-1's are plenty fine if you are just wanting a basic driver.

Lutz. I use the big 6-in-1 and shirt pocket 2-in-1 all day every day. Order 50 from Lutz (you have to go through a retail dealer) and they can be custom imprinted free.

Mine is the " quick-pic". Longer bits, not the short ones that you have to dump out of the handle, easy to switch bits. all different styles and colours, and best of all, a Canadian invention. I must have about 5 or more of them. One in every tool box. BCD

The Klein is the best, but what is your expectation? No matter how you slice it, a 4/1 is a light duty screwdriver. I bought a cuuple of the orange ones from Home Depot and put them in convenient locations. They have been perfectly adequate for anything reasonably asked of them. I have a couple of 20 year old US Craftsman and honestly there's no meaningful difference. If the inexpensive 4/1's can't do the job, it's not because they lack quality, it's because you need a REAL screwdriver.

Went over to my local Ace hardware to see if they had the Klein... no luck just Craftsman stuff.

I did see these and they look just like the old awesome black handle Craftsman Pros

Anyone have a set of them are they anything like the old black handle ones?

I have a greenlee 11-1, similar to the klien. But I honestly like the husky branded western forge (cman has them too) clear handled ones. I used them for years in my work box, abused them and no issues ever.
