He had a similar reaction.

Well, there are Taiwan-made Williams impact sockets, but the Snap-On Industrial catalog calls them Supertorque, not ExtremeTorque; none of the part numbers corresponds to the WLMS34-26 number on the label in that ebay listing; they don't offer a 26-piece set, only a 16-piece and a 9-piece; and the 16-piece comes in a blue box, not a red box.
I guess it's possible someone repackaged a bunch of Williams TW sockets into their own box and put their own part number on it, but why? I'd be skeptical.
I actually bought a set of them and can say that the metric deeps are virtually identical to Tekton's sets. Chrome vanadium sockets with the same laser etching. The oil they come slathered in smells the same and the case material is a dead ringer for Tekton impact sets.
They aren't a bad deal really but unless Snap On is the oem for Tekton too through their industrial brands... it seems rather suspicious. Hey, now anybody who buus Tekton tools can claim they're really just a rebranded Snappy!
I should've mentioned it in the other thread but got frustrated trying to upload photos.
Do the sockets say extreme torque on them?
