I bought this tool set to clean some corroded automotive electrical terminals and it arrived today:https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0062Y599K/?tag=atomicindus08-20
The item is "shipped from and sold by Amazon.com". The listing clearly says "Origin: USA":
But this is what the package says:
I thought the price was a bit much for what is essentially three tweezers with abrasive ends, but I know manufacturing in the USA is not cheap nor easy, and I'm willing to pay a premium to support American industry.
At this point, I am undecided what to do. No, my toolbox will not spit them out if I put them in it, but I feel I paid for one thing and received another. I was planning to use this tool tomorrow.
What does the GJ tool crowd think? Just use it and keep it as a reminder that every time I give Amazon another chance they screw up? Send it back? or something else?
Thanks, as always.
