Weld a washer on the adjustment screw of your welding clamps. Makes adjusting them easier, good for hanging, and can be used for other things. Or not.

The old days we welded a 3/8 eyebolt to the end. Worked great to pull things to roof.

I've bought several sets of used vise grips that have that mod, apparently welders now the trick but don`t share info that much

Ive never welded a washer on, I did swap the oe Adjust Screws for an Eyebolt version...

Actually all the advantages mentioned above coupled w the fact that they're just DAMN nice is why I'm slowly moving to the Milwaukee clamps exclusively
