I ordered some too on 6-28. They made a label 7-5. My order is waiting to be picked up by UPS. Maybe it'll ship and get here this next week.![]()
Basically same laws as NJ..... I have a NJ "modified" AR (10 rounds, pinned stock, no gas block, etc) and I would NOT even think about purchasing a unmodified out of state and bring it home. The bottom line is that a NJ registered fire arms holder can get in MAJOR trouble if they are caught with any "forbidden" firearms because they "know the law" as opposed as the "true criminal" who gets caught with a firearm and they get a slap on the wrist and probation.

FWIW! Firearm law violations are NOT something to mess with because it will ruin your life..... And even "IF" you have to defend yourself by shooting a home invader (inside your home) you will be arrested in NJ.
BTW! Kudos to PSA for shipping the cans to NJ![]()
As did mine. WTH am i going to do with them?!??!
Mine are scheduled for delivery today. Last night, over dinner, I said to my wife, "ummm, I've been meaning to tell you this...I've been wanting to get 2 or 3 more ammo cans, and last monday, I saw a deal on the GJ Hot Deals thread...."
She just shook her head. I stopped my explanation and said, "Honestly, I haven't lost my mind, but this purchase makes me wonder if I'm close".
Can't wait to figure out what the hell I'm going to do with a dozen!!!

Geez...SEPA. We could have split a dozen. I have the same problem!
Now my Cans are on back order. Hoping they ship soon. I just cleaned out some old cabinets that the ammo was in thinking the Cans will be here this week.
I my house we have a "Don't ask, don't tell" policy. I just charge it on a credit card, she pays it. She doesn't ask and I don't tell.
Back in '06-07 with the potential change in the Federal Administration I heeded a good friends advise and procured a few rounds. Was one of the best moves I made. When things got tight I was selling rounds to friends of mine in LE for what I paid them (no profit) so they could still get some practice in. Also supplied a few youth shooting programs with donated 22LR rounds so they had something to play with.
Still, the entire family shoots in harmony, so it's all good.Hmm, these like the might be good for Li-ion and LiPo battery storage. I've been looking for something for LiPo batteries, figure they might be good for power tool packs as well. And some could go towards random project enclosures.
Or am I wrong?
I figure that if I have legitimate need for 4-5, it'll be worth it.
Thanks!Nope, right on the money. You can use them for those as well as great storage options for the garage or house with items that always tend to get lost or disappear. I have one full of just old, crappy assorted sockets from cheap sets that I dont want to put in my tool box, but also dont want to get rid of bc that one time I lose or need a size, itll be in there.
This is a deal that in two years, no one will have regretted engaging.
It's a no-brainer.
That was my thought. I snap-called this one. Like ammo, if you store the boxes correctly, they don't go bad. I'm not a hug fan, because of the added weight, but they have their place/purpose.
And I thought I had a lot of ammo! Some of that stuff there is pretty pricey.

On another side note, PSA normally runs these deals until they are sold out. So even though originally this was a 4th of July deal, it is most likely the price will stay the same until they sell out of them.
That's nothing,go AR15.com and check out the Ammo threads. This picture is amateur hour

Any idea what the dimensions for these are?
Thanks
EXCELLENT ADVICE! ^^^^^^
BTW! A debit card is the "key" to your entire bank account!
The pin would be the key I beleive.
I guess I'd much rather give out my card # than a check, that contains my name, address, account # (not this is wildly popular anymore, aside from the person always in front of you at the grocery store). It seems a lot easier to open accounts that way, and do even more damage.
Does anyone have an idea how long before an ammo can starts to rust, when stored inside, but not climate controlled?
LOL...for a while I had more Ammo than most Gun Shops. I buy a lot from auctions. Volume purchasing can keep the price per round way down. 1 site I was bidding on had no minimums for a long time. If I waited until all the "snipers" were off line I could get some deals I couldn't believe. I bought 500 rounds of Hornady A-Max 50 Cal for $1200.00 with free shipping.
Not to mention Federal is right up the road and I know a few people that work there. They were buying Ammo from the company store for pennies on the dollar. 3000 rounds of 5.56 for $150.00, 1000 rounds per plastic Bag.
I bought most of this 2004-2008. Those days of deals like I got are long gone.
Wanna share some of that A-Max?My 50 BMG is being built right now, should receive it in the next month or so. For now i only have ball and API rounds.
This is GJ, im sure we can come up with a ton of ways to use 12 ammo boxes. I have had one for about 15 years and always wanted more. Now it will be fun to think of how I can find use for 12 more....cant wait!
