I think there was a sku changeover around christmas. Do some searching on this thread or possibly the 2016... Maybe you will get lucky and find one stuffed in the back...

You should be able to use any "pegboard kit" type hangers and attachments. A lot of times they are over by the Garage Wall/ Shelving/ Cabinets sections of a hardware store. Harbor Freight has them, I know Menard's and Lowe's do too. Personally, I Use Harbor Freight Cheap Bolt assortments for a lot of my "pegs". Just throw a bolt through with two washers and a nut, can hang a lot of holders or attach brackets of your own design and liking.

is the reason they are loose that the back board is metal?

i have run into this. all the peg board hangers i have found are meant for (is it masonite?) board that they are made of, not thin metal.

Yes a52-830, very frustrating, I have escalated to Milwaukee territory manager, in the meantime I am going to get some that are for 1/8 or 1/4 pegboard and see if they work. The magnets won’t hold everything for me i.e.: paintbrushes, etc.

Has anyone rang up a Milwaukee 46" top lately? I found one with the good UPC but couldn't find it in the Price Check app. Hoping it wasn't removed out of the system.

If you want to alter the hooks you need to clamp them in your vice and carefull hammer the portion that hooks into the board close to 90 Degrees. If you try to bend it using the portion that sticks out, the weld or tack will bust off 100% of the time.

Other suggestions include getting a piece of cheap pegboard masonite and mounting it behind the metal pegboard. again, couple of fender washers and cheap bolts would probably do it.

Did you really think Milwaukee was going to send you a pegboard with 1/4 steel, or even 1/8?...

a local HD had three husky air tools on clearance (i know the ratchet was previously mentioned) but they were all sold out. however, they did have the displays.

1) 1/4" air ratchet for ~$15
2) 3/8" butterfly impact for i don't remember how much
3) side mounted cutoff wheel ~$20 down from $80 (#1001-238-369)

i already have a 1/4" drive ratchet (and i love it). and i don't think i have any use for a butterfly impact. in all honesty, i don't even know their intended use over a standard shape impact. so i don't think i need one.

i've never seen these before but i know my regular cutoff wheel has, at times, been difficult to use due to the angle. so i asked for help and got the display. i asked if they guy would take off a little extra for being a floor model and he agreed but we didn't negotiate the discount. when i got to the register, i thought i heard him tell the cashier to take off 30%. when it rang up, he took off 40%. so in the end i paid $13 out the door.

Any of you guys have the self checkout freeze on you when trying to scan a known penny item?

Have heard this reported here before but HD didn't program it to do this. If/when they decide to block penny sales, it won't freeze. It will cause an intervention which alerts the cashier. They might tell you the customer some kind of coded message and clear text at the cashier station, but they won't code it to freeze. It takes over five minutes for one of those dinosaurs to reboot.

Got 2 cutoff wheels and a butterfly myself today. 20 for the cutoffs and the butterfly's are 10. Lots of butterfly's in stock around me,I guess they aren't that popular but I used them all the time back in the day.

Apparently when I scanned the item, the self checkout says the item can not be sold and it freezes. I wonder if the item was ever input in their system since there were many of them. I once tried to buy a new item and apparently they never input the item and price in their system.

Clearance cart. Also a bunch of trimmer attachments and the likes for $1. Nothing really worth while unless you needed it.

I got that chainsaw for about that price at Sears a couple years back. Sears then got the chainsaw back within their return policy.

Guys I'm sorry if I'm wrong but I saw this on clearance rack so I checked the checker and I'm pretty sure it came up as $125. Passed because i didn't realize how much they were originally:

saw that today. Not many left around. That is what they are worth. some of the others arte at 06 pricing.

Well I just saw something interesting here in Vegas.

My store had 6 in stock two days ago. I noticed that they pulled the sticker price off the shelf. Today all they're all gone from the overhead shelves and all stores show no stock.

In the past I've heard HD employes arguing about a clearance item (tile cutter) but I didn't pay much attention. Something doesn't smell right here. THEY PULLED THE PRODUCT OFF THE SHELF IN ORDER TO NOT SELL IT ON CLEARANCE.

You need to find out where this product goes. In this area, most of it goes to a guy that sells the overstocks, some clearance items, and returns which can't be resold (toilets, plumbing, electrical, and some tools). His starting price is 50% of retail. When I first found him 5 years ago, he couldn't check retail and practically gave stuff away. Price pfister bath faucets for $20. Unused American Standard toilets for $25.

Around me I see the guy on craigslist asking almost full retail. I like to **** with him offering the price he got them at.
