Why was my "Raising The Rat Shack" Moved?

I'm confused. Why has my Raising The Rat Shack (link) thread moved from General Garage Discussion (described as: "Everything you ever wanted to know about outfitting, organizing, or building your garage!") to the Garage Gallery? Please put it back in General Garage Discussion.

Additionally, if mine must be moved, why isn't The wet garage raise (link) thread also being moved?

I'm still confused - No response. The description of "Garage Gallery" is rightly: "Show off your garage". I'm not trying to Show off my garage. It's not worthy of a "Gallery" and likely never will be. Am I likely to get construction/restoration advice in a gallery, or will I get recommendations how to make it pretty? (which is nice, but not what I'm seeking here).

I actually believe both topics should be in the Gallery considering they are both relate to working on a building. Only happy to help.

That could clear things up. My thread was moved to "gallery" just after I created it. I double-post on the "general" thread when I'm looking for advice.

As I posted earlier I do believe both should be in the Gallery section as they will get more reading what they are about and yes I agree they should get more constructive input.

As long as the "... building your garage" description remains under the General Garage Discussion category, people who read and follow instructions will continue to post their garage builds in the General Garage Discussion forum.

I moved it to the Garage Gallery the last time and now just seeing this thread. We, as Mods, can't see every thread and if we don't see them, we can't reply to them.

For as long as I can remember on this forum, since 2009, garage builds have been located in the Garage Gallery Section. If a thread starts in the General Discussion section and starts to become a build for a garage, with many pictures and several pages long, it typical gets moved to the Garage Gallery section.

You thread was not moved with any malice and usually a thread picks up viewers in the Gallery section as they don't get buried.
