I'm sure having WAY too much lift on short arms didn't help him out at all.... looks like easily 6-7" of lift in that pic.
Also WTF is up with the car in the background?!
Wifes got an 07 rubicon unlimited

Re: Jeep Garages ONLY Need Apply
How do you guys get away without having fender flares ? I am not posative, but I think here in NH if your tires stick out beyond your fenders they need to be covered by flares.
Why? Something special about the German version?
my stock commander with a 2'' suepsnsion lift, need bigger tire next summer![]()

While I'm sure there is a name-plate on there somewhere that has the letters "J-E-E-P" I'm not entirely sure that's a Jeep.
If you don't wheel it, it ain't a Jeep.
It's cute, and I'm sure it does a lovely job hauling groceries home from the market and makes a great place to put child-seats. But I cannot in good conscience put that in with the likes of some of the other JEEP specimens we've seen here.
Possible exemptions to this would be:
1) if you built/re-built/ significantly modded it yourself.
2) did something cool like a diesel/big-block swap.
3) wheeled it on a trail where body damage is immanent.
4) it's been around the world (cause yes Stump, that IS cool)

Didn't know this was now Pirate 4x4.
I posted my TJ earlier. My company car / daily driver is a 2wd KJ. It's still a Jeep, even though I hate the thing.
I think my point was missed... it was a![]()
I wasn't trying to be all hard-core like POR, but rather more good natured ribbing, as in "one of these things is not like the others".
Honestly though, Jeep has built a lot of stuff lately I'm not a fan of (compass, liberty, commander, yadda, yadda).
I hope jeep starts building econo cars and wranglers. in the not so distant future Jeep needs to raise their fleet average fuel economy to 35 mpg. there needs to be something that gets a high mileage number to offset the low mileage numbers wranglers will always get. Well, low mpg barring some amazing technology or ruining everything that makes them cool...
Long time jeep fans hate many of the new vehicles with the jeep name slapped on them. But they are saving the entire reason we like jeeps. be happy that jeep took that route as opposed to making the jk aerodynamic, IFS and low.

I'm sure you all have or owned a "It's a jeep thing you wouldn't understand" stickers. Was behind a guy in a Ford yesterday that said "I caught your Jeep thing and now it burns when I pee." I thought it was hilarious!!
