i use the channelock crimpers you linked to.
for strippers i use a pair of milwaukee's i got at HD

automatic strippers are ok for wide open spaces, for tight spots i prefer manual strippers.

most of my wiring repairs have me standing on my head, or in an otherwise awkward position....

I have that Astro kit and it's been good. It works on the open barrel terminals. I also have the channel lock ones a nd I go to them before the Astro most times for insulated connectors.

I have the irwin automatic strippers and an old gb pair. Both have worked fine over the years. Space is the only concern. I do have a small pair of manual strippers for tight quarters.

Klein 1005 crimpers and their curved handle wire strippers are my preference.
I also have a Tool-aid ratcheting crimper that I like as well.

I have this one and I use it all the time. I still need the die set for plug wires though.

I have the new Vice Grip self adjusting stripper crimper. Bought it last spring and it is my go to now. They cost about $20 at Lowes.
