There's two seperate wrenches there. One 1/2in, the other 7/16in. Pic isn't very good.
Not sayin you are wrong by any means because I sure don't know what they're used for. I just thought they were cool and had to have 'em. Think I got 'em at am Army surplus store, but couldn't say for sure. It's been awhile... LOL
What's a hi lok?

After posting this, I've seen similar tools sold by AST. There are two Mercedes applications that need an extended crow foot; injectors,(as you mentioned), and also for valve adjustment for the 116 & 117 V8's. Although the valve adjustment might need an "s" bend in the extended crow foot...but it is also 17mm; this one might work.

some sort of drill attachment. it's marked "Supreme Product, CO, Chicago". the screwdriver tip turns with very little resistance.

I'm wondering if that's some sort of impact driver? Seems like I've seen one of those before somewhere.

Here's another. The business end has a 5/16" socket with a screwdriver in the middle...for some sort of locknut/setscrew combination....in a tight area. Maybe for some sort of carb adjustment???

...you got it in one. Carb balancing screwdriver for multi-carb setups, typically Japanese motorcycles, which have a carb-per-cylinder. Used to balance carbs at tickover.

art, i worked with a guy who had something similar. it WAS an impact adapter. this one may not be but from the description that it turns freely i suspect it is.......the hammer's don't engage until it's under power. if it was a clutch or a speed reducer it wouldn't turn freeley unless it was broken.
