Currently working on getting the plastic and foam down to start on the pex. Using 2" r-10 foam on the inside up against the grade boards between the posts. I also have 2" r-10 foam on the outside of the structure up against the grade boards going down a couple of feet. Would it bebeneficial to wrap the columns with the foam or just a waste of time? Couple pictures to show first corner inside and foam outside20180501_210935.jpeg20180501_210928.jpeg20180423_152607.jpeg

I wouldn't focus too much effort on it. The thermal conductivity of tin is 67.....steel is 43......yellow pine is .015. There won't be much heat loss through that wood. A simple thin thermal break will be sufficient.
