Just had Cleary build a 42x56 building on my property in Colorado. Just stopping by to say hi. Looking for ideas on how to finish the inside. Here is a quick time lapse of the building going up.

Welcome! I’m in Elbert County too and am building a cleary. Except I’m building it by myself. It’s slow. But $25k cheaper that way

So you're using them for the plan and material? And you're doing the labor yourself?

Yeah I purchased the material from them and am building by myself. It’s a 40x48 with a 40x12’ lean-to to serve as additional parking.


I see you have electrical installed. What did you do with that? Pull a sub panel off the house?


As far as interior goes, I’ll be doing plywood primed for the walls. Not yet set on ceiling liner yet but leaning towards steel ceiling liner panel.
The shop will be spray foam insulated on the walls at the very least and likely r60 blown in the lid.
I’m going with hot water radiant floor heat and the shop will have its own 500 gallon propane tank. I plan on spending a lot of time in the building so I want it as comfortable as possible.

Don’t mean to spy, but I noticed you had a pole and transformer added to power the shop. Do you mine sharing how much they charged you for that?
