But I am tired of elephant meat.
these must be old pictures.
These were taken before you sold all of your Lista's cabinets for a dollar each to the craigslist guy. (lucky sob).

Ebay had another 15% off code, so I bought a bunch of ER collets with some adapters. Got both R8 and 5C both in ER32 and ER40 sizes. They I bought one set of ER32 metric collets, figure it would be smart to have them. Since my lathe has a 5C collet closer, I figured it would be worth it to have them as work holders, plus I bought a set of square and hex 5C collet blocks. Also found a deal on a MT2 adapter with a 14N jacobs chuck.

I have been seriously neglecting the shop. This is the first time I have been here since the fiasco with the butcher block.
At this point, I have sanded the top again, wetted it down, now waiting for it to dry. I sure hope that getting over the hump on this project motivates me a bit. Life is absolutely getting me down, my father is a royal PITA, he keeps going in circles, but at least I know where I get it from.
I want to fill the dumpster with random things that are in my way, but I don’t have the strength to do it. Baby steps once again.

Talk about feeling dumb, I have been ordering Morse taper number 2 parts for my lathe, it is MT3, I am glad I only ordered two things so far. Best part is there are tons more adapters for MT3 versus MT2, so it actually makes me feel better. I think the drill press is MT2, so they won’t go to waste, still makes me feel dumb as the live center says MT3 on it.
I will have to figure out how to get the chuck off the lathe next, good news is I found the key to it.
Most of the stuff that I am getting rid of is just parts, but they are the hard to find ones. I used to buy lots and break them up, resell some and keep what I wanted. I also have way too much Atari 2600 and NES stuff. I want to do some sort of art piece with the video games as most are not worth the hassle of selling.

Lathe is a southbend model fourteen. I have another three jaw that I think came from the spare lathe. Looks like pins with half moons.
