Rian I know you are asleep now but that is damn cool!

Rian, I assume Criag is going to use the bucket for ice to cool down a few tinnies. If it's his drinking mug it might be time for an intervention.Beer bucket for Craig £1.00
Ric, I should have been clearer -- small compared to my neighbor's collection and tiny by Drives' collection.Define "small", Bob.

Andy, I know there are miniature horses but those shoe nails are 5/8-inch (15mm) long so they must be for a "teacup" horse. It must be like the Poodle sizes -- Standard > Miniature > Toy > Teacup. You know those shoe nails are horse shoe nails.

I do not see them.
They should look like this.
Like this?
Simon and Andrew, that's gonna be some tiny tools to bend that tiny nail.Like that. [emoji106]

Took a day vacation yesterday and did a load of garden work, as well as cutting my and Mickeys hedges. The heat was a killer, but it is all done.

Bootfair in the morning and hope to get some time on one or both of the truck fenders to clean them up to see what is hidden under it all,
Thanks for checking in.

Rian, the screwed on piece is a weight that keeps the machine from throwing you around. My Porter Cable has different weights for different size pads (6-inch or 5-inch). If your machine seems to orbit too much, it might need a bigger (or smaller) pad. I'd try a 6-inch to start.
or 150mm....it might need a bigger (or smaller) pad. I'd try a 6-inch to start
YUP !!!!
You can NEVER have enough tape measures, spread everywhere.
And having two in one spot is not wrong, even three is good.
Nope, left and right handed certainly makes it more interesting.
If only people could see the truth.
Rian, your yard is always nice and neat, like out of a Better Homes and Gardens magazine. As with work, you have the touch!
LOL, Bob! Adequate for your needs, of course!
Sorry for the hijack, Rian, it was late and I was feeling goofy.

The flowering cactus looks great. Glad that you managed not to kill it.

You almost had a visitor yesterday/today. But I ran out of time and I am currently on route to airport. Just taking a tea break right now.
Maybe next time I am in England????

Evening mate ,
Nothing wrong with a tidy house and garden, and helping others.
Not long to go 'till the road trip now, have you sorted your route out yet?
We did a boot sale last weekend and made about £150, but if I charged everyone a £1 who took a photo of the split screen, we would have doubled our money
Have a good week .

Bit disappointed with your finds this week, generally enjoy a longer browse through your boot fair booty on a Monday night my time! Better luck next week.
Rian, it sounds like you should offer up a sacrifice to the bootfair gods before your next expedition. You are fortunate in that you have the perfect altar for sacrifices in your backyard. Hopefully this will improve the results of your outings, and worst case scenario, you fill the stomach.
Eugene
Morning Mate,
Trust me, your disappointment is small compared to mine.
I get up by 06.00 to feed the cats, mug of tea and then drive off to the two Bootfairs, one is 4 miles and one 11 miles from home.
So whenI get nothing, or get a 20p Crocodile 11 miles from home, it is an expensive trip.
Also finding tools and machines has become almost impossible, there is such a massive group of Eastern Bloc people all trying to find the golden egg that that this goose that is England is said to have laid, that they literally unpack the cars as people set up, shove you out the way and grab stuff, now I cannot deal with that sort of behaviour which means I tend to go about 30 minutes later than what I used to, resulting in less prime stuff.
I just live in hope.

Sorry, mate, I was trying to be a bit funny I certainly didn't mean to bum you out.![]()
I just thought a quiet week was had. I feel your pain, we have the same issues here on the other side of the world, at least in the big cities, we chose to leave it all behind and move away where the people and the area are like it was 40 years ago. Think quiet coastal /rural England.
Maybe next weekend you will hit the motherload!
And congratulations are in order, 4000 posts!
In other news.......
Bowel cancer screen lab results came back.
All clear.
Which of course is good news.
