Setting up a new HD9 four post lift in the garage and I ran into a snag.
Instructions say to: "2. In order to install the Cables it is necessary to first
extend the Hydraulic Cylinder. Remove both Cylinder port
plugs then use an air gun or come-along to extend the
Cylinder."
Both cylinder port plugs are removed and an air gun wont budge it. I tried a come-along with a strap attached to the ball of a hitch on the truck and the whole lift moved without any movement from the hydraulic cylinder. Anybody have any ideas I can try while waiting for Bendpak to get back to me?
