I tried the wake up and stretch at 1 AM, I think if I limit my sleep to 3 hours at a stretch it will be ok, for the second half, I tried 4 hours and woke up semi sore. I remember looking at the clock at about 3 hours, thinking that my plan worked, but that extra hour turned everything upside down. The other thought would be to try two 3.5 hour sleeps and see what happens.

You're too young to be having trouble sleeping like this dude. You got to take care of yourself if you want to live to a ripe old age!

I know, it is definitely stress and September will be worse than any other month so far. I am working on things, yesterday was huge, got the busses gone, also found out the MIL’s house is under contract, that should help a ton with home life, my GF has been going insane with that, plus I get sucked in to the mess constantly. I have five new leases to handle/negotiate this month, the family tower needs to be finished by October first, my Dad’s office manager left and I have taken over all those duties as well. It is amazing that I am still functioning. These are just the important, tip of the iceberg type items, the trail of loose ends and details would make most people curl up in a ball and cry.

As busy as I have been, things are getting done and I am still finding time to work at the shop. Bills are getting paid and money is coming in on a regular basis, so I can’t complain too much, well, I can always complain.

I think that is good, haven’t totally figured things out yet. The plan is to deal with my Dad’s office in the mornings and then be at the shop by about 3 every day. Today is going to be later, I have two doctors appointments.

Or skin cancer. Dermatologist just did a biopsy on two spots, most likely cancer, need to schedule to have removed. I will just add that to my to do list.

I originally thought the leg was an ingrown hair, but then it never really healed.

My forehead hurts now, right above my eye is where they did the biopsy. I am at the chiropractor now, but looks like the schedule is backed up, so I won’t be to the shop for a while. I am supposed to go to one of our towers either tomorrow or Thursday, it is out on an island and I have been waiting until after Labor Day so I wouldn’t have to fight the summer people. I should be able to get out there first thing, then get back to the mainland on the last boat, so a long day, but one and done.

They cut it out... apparently part of the spiders probe nose thing was in there... I wanted the microscope slide they mounted... no luck getting it. Had to take three weeks of antibiotics... it's totally gone now... was there for months before she removed it.

My bad thing removed is still crusty but normal apparently.

Good luck with everything. I know how much stress affects your sleep, dealing with that now. Hopefully things calm down for both of us soon.

It really is amazing to me how this round is effecting things, this is the first time (probably the last 8 months now) that I have ever been stressed enough to make things hurt while I am supposed to be in recovery (sleeping). I do not have a real problem falling asleep or even staying asleep, but at some point, things just tighten up and mess with my hips and lower back. I can't make rhyme or reason to it. I have been using relaxing sounds to drown out other things, but right now I have a CPAP machine, the AC in the window, and a ceiling fan on top of all the other stuff going on. I have an appointment to be fitted with a "dental appliance" and I think that may totally eliminate the CPAP machine, that would be a huge help for sure.

Try CBD oil. I take two 15mg capsules before bed if I'm a little sore. It doesn't really make the pain go away per say, but it relaxes the muscle and deadens the pain w/o the muscle relaxer side effects. I bet if I took more the pain would go away completely, but that stuff isn't cheap so I only take 2 at a time.

I read enough reviews, the only bad reviews seemed to be with the actual oils and that was when people got rancid oil that had expired. I ordered it from amazon, not a third party, so if there is an expiration issue I shouldn't have a problem resolving it.

I hope it works for you. It works really well for me.

LOL, the stuff I ordered was a bust, not in the legal sense, I guess I ordered it with foggy tired eyes, it says contains NO CBD OIL. Pretty awesome that when searching CBD oil capsules, it is one of the top results. Go Amazon!!! Anyways, I ordered some that does contain CBD oil (25MG) and will have that this weekend.

Had to google CBD oil. Interesting gentlemen. Not what I expected. I’ll keep this in mind the next time my back twists up. I expect an update.
Amazon ordering can be funny. I add a bunch of similar items to my cart to decide later, but have to keep going back as I can’t keep track. Then I hit order and have to check a few more times as I’m not sure what I’ve done.

CBD capsules arrived. I guess I am not ok with this brand, capsules leaked and they used cotton on the top, so all the capsules have fuzz stuck to them.

Boiler what brand do you recommend?

This is the one we can buy locally. They're 15mg per capsule... 2 or 3 do the job overnight.

I am still confused, seems like amazon is scamming people as it looks like not one actually has anything other than hemp oil that totally lacks CBD. Very annoying. I will have to look around the web, but seems like it will be an expensive test unless I can find something local.

Maybe it's illegal to ship the real stuff. While it's legal in some states it is still illegal federally. So maybe you have to buy it within the state.
Just a thought.

I would be curious to see what the ingredients are on your bottle. I am finding that most companies are selling hemp seed oil and not the canabanoid oil from the plant stems and leaves. Hemp seed oil contains no CBD and has minimal “medicinal” qualities. Also true CBD oil contains trace amounts of THC, like 02% or so will be curious to find out if it will shop up on drug screening or not.

It's 0.02% MAX. Most of the good CBD oils contain 0.002% or less THC. It does not show up on screenings.

Ours is the real deal. I checked Amazon and they don't have this.

The funny part is all the reviews are either from placebo effect or fake.

Headed to the shop for a bit after my doctors appointment, I think I need to list a couple items on eBay today. I know I need to really work on getting the auction items ready, that would be a huge fail on my part, at least a missed opportunity. I plan on doing a serious purge this fall, like the most serious I have ever done.

After 30 years of construction, +1 on the CBD! I take a 30mg morning & evening for (originally) my shoulders but I think it helps more than just that. Strouty there is a guy here in ME that I started out with, explained to him that I had nothing against pot (getting high) but did not want that. He is a long time MM grower and advocate for it and I find it helps. At about $2 a pill....... now I found an old friend sell's it at his chain of "vape" stores and he sells it to me at his cost of $30 for 30mg pills. If your interested in my experience, pm me.
I was going to suggest CBD for some of your ailments, but some folks just don't understand and get the wrong idea.

Like many helpful things out there, the government shuts off the supply for us normal mortals.

I remember people that used viox? They said it was unbelievable, but it was shut down too.

Minimal shop work today, last week has been a waste, we took in a new cat and the two existing ones are not so pleased. Been a bit of a pain as the new cat is locked in my office most of the day.

I have to finally finish the laundry rack, my GFs birthday is the deadline, so I have until Sunday to have it up.

Is making a laundry rack for your girlfriend for her BD... kinda like buying your girl a vacuum for xmas?... better have a part B gift too brother. Unless she is really into doing laundry. Just sage advice from an old married guy that has survived most of the wife's "scheduled events"... like birthdays, xmas, ground hog day...

My GF is one of a kind, she is more excited about the laundry rack than anything else. She hates using the dryer and can’t wait to start saving money on the electric bill.

Strouty we limit our use of the dryer out here even though we have solar our power is awfully expensive. Mrs 1/2 Cup works with it well too.
