Yeah when I was in the store yesterday there was a big stack of labels, both those small ones and the larger size with lots of various items. They are definitely backlogged trying to get prices updated on the floor.

I saw a sticker for this big thing in store, I looked it up online to see what it was...

Anyhow, the in-store price was MUCH lower than the online price, I forgot what it was, maybe like $19.** ? Anyhow, if you are in the market for something like this might want to check it out in store.

Yesterday at the Marshall TX store the # 859026 Hitachi chop/grind combo Showed 199 on the shelf, 149 online, 149 in the app..but the store scanned it at 99. (bought it) Today, it's still 149 online. just more proof that it comes down to legwork and patience.

Spoke with an associate today. As someone in an earlier post stated, they are doing away with the Stanley stuff. That's what the red dots indicate. He didn't know of any timeline associated with the reset though. Said they were making room for the Craftsman line of tools. FWIW.

Some big I-beam like aluminium posts that were outside where they have chain link fence stuff.

Fertilizer... I saw a bunch of Sta-Green signs saying 20% off, so I don't know if it will ring up an additional 20% or if $5 is the final price... Actually shows $4 online...

Finally that bosch combo... I *think* I've noticed when the website has that orangish "clearance" flag on an item, the in-store price is usually different (lower)... So just a head's up...

I picked up some husqvarna trimmer line for half price today. It would seem that all the clearance stuff was in one area. Are you guys seeing that too? Or are the deals scattered all over the store so you have to do a scavenger hunt?

I would say about 75% are grouped in the L&G area at my store where the grills / holiday stuff usually is. Another 15% on carts in the racetracks. Last 10% is on the shelf in their normal spots, some not even marked down.

Grabbed a cultivator today for $139, some odds and ends, and a couple true temper rakes. They couldn't find the 22" rakes and after waiting 40min I was able to leave with the 24" versions that were not on clearance.

Local store (Lake Park FL) had 2 rolls of the kobalt rust preventing drawer liner left with yellow hand written stickers for $4.50 each.Also had the cordless drill holder down to $6.25 YMMV

Under-the-radar clearance.
Because of my compressor project (and shopping ‘after hours’ I overpaid for copper fittings at Lowes. I’ve just noticed dramatic reductions on sweat fittings, (especially the 1“ stuff which I can assure you, they are dropping. HD got rid of 1” years ago).
Here is my purchase record of last week and some random new prices. There are no yellow stickers on these items.

Thanks for all who've posted. Hit 3 stores on the way home this morning. 2 had alot of what was posted, one had items but few and far between. Was told this morning that these markdowns are round 2 of 3 or 4. Alot of Stanley with red dots at local store, I'm guessing that's next.

Yeah my stores had a LOT of 5-gal paint... Though not marked down very much... *shrug*

I would assume they are waiting on the Craftsman stuff to come in before discounting / removing all the Stanley. No reason to leave empty space on the shelf or a void in product availability for the consumer...
