I then decided to leave my mark yet once again on this project. Ouch!

While getting the 2-post up and running, I had a hydraulic bleeder issue. The issue was, I over tightened the bolt and brok it. Fluid shot up and hit the ceiling like a fountain. I was really glad I went with the metal ceiling, cleanup was a non issue.

My latest progress on the garage has been beginning insulation installation so that I can hang the wall metal. I have missed my window between sweltering hot and bitter cold 🙁. I am installing foil faced rigid foam against the exterior metal held against the metal with wood cleats. I will then install fiberglass batt insulation with craft paper facing for the vapor barrier and top it off with the interior wall steel.

Thanks for the kind words. I am plugging along with the insulation but became side tracked working on an Audi S4 V8. I have the engine out waiting for timing chain parts. The car and parts are hindering progress on the insulation and walls. I also need to be better about keeping this thread up to date. Thanks again.

Just wanted to say, this build thread was awesome! thanks for showing us the details. And to top it off it ended with some S4 shots. Man those engines are shoehorned in there aren't they!

Rough guess on total cost? If you're willing to share.
