It has quieted down since Xmas Eve. Even Earlier for me! Still cool stuff trickling in though!
...a respiratory virus put me DOWN, in bed, right through Christmas. Spent this week eBaying and coughing. I still feel like ****, but managed to hang a CD rack on the wall for Mrs LesserSon today.
I figured that would be the quickest way to win, sorry.Speaking of Ebay, someone sniped what was going to be the centerpiece of my 2019 POTY trophy. So, I'm back to square one.
Taps microphone several times. Blows into it. "Hello! Is this thing still on?!"
Where in Sam Hill is everyone?!
Hi, First posting of something I’ve got. Weather here in the UK cold, icy with a little snow, just a tad over freezing.
Here’s what I bought from someone advertising on Shpock - similar site to Craigslist. 4 new old stock Peli Products / Pelican VersaBrite II Flashlights. For the grand sum of £2, approx. 65 cents each in $.
I figured that would be the quickest way to win, sorry.
Lots of confidence in the dark days of winter--I like it!I’ll send you my address so you can have everything pre-printed. I’ll save a spot next to this years award. [emoji1787]

I know - in more ways than one! I am not normally either the cynical or the paranoid type, but I did check the drawer with all my antique pipe wrenches!Too bad you weren't there to see them.
I think that poll is just ready to do some more chassis work.
Wow, what a cool score!!![]()
3 Bay, that guy lied to ya, he didn't throw those out.
I stopped by your house to show you all the neat storage boxes and road box, but your girlfriend said you was out walking the dog.
So I went home and thought someone stole them out of my truck, guess they fell out by your house. Man I'm glad you found them
JK...... You Really ****. Great save, you know they've been scrapped.

. Nice try. You are the local cabinet guru.To quote a certain Dr. Jones: "It belongs in a museum!"Same here, BB, but sometimes it helps to get a little assistance from strangers. Today was my lucky day! My furnace shut down overnight. So I started a fire in each fireplace and went to work waiting to hear the damage from the CINC-HOUSE. Not bad. Just a thermocoupler. The story my wife told me might've been worth the bill! As you know, the furnace is in the basement, behind the Lugzsonian. Rich (my plumber) hasn't been here in awhile, and while he and his helper were waiting for it to fire up again, they got nosey and looked around. My wife said their eyes got real big and they were heaping praise on everything, saying it should be "in a museum." Now it took a lot for my wife to admit they said this, so I didn't ruin the moment by told-you-soing her. Apparently, Rich's daughter lives in Attleboro, Mass., so he took a picture of the Mossberg tool board and she got a big kick out of it. ALL: speaking of oddball containers. when I bought the med carts I got 2 boxes of new pee cups (so maybe 200 containers with lids) and another box of pill containers without the lids. not sure what i'm going to do with either so maybe i'll figure out something. .............

George, you dod more than OK a full tap and die set for $15? You stole it.
Duddly - Suckage for that level of score on Freecycle! Freecycle scores like that are RARE!
I may end the year on a whimper.. there are NO sale near me PERIOD!

Probably the final flea of the year for me. I managed to find a few interesting items.
What's left of a roll of vintage 2 conductor 18GA 'flex-o-cord', Craftsman tappet and tap handle, Stanley driver, Lectrolite DBE, 32oz Williams hammer head, IDEAL electric pencil, some vintage maple spiles, tape measure, midget screwdrivers, midget breaker bar, Duro feeler, Metric Action combo, 3/4" drive =V= sliding T, PLUMB hammer handle, and a vintage box for Simmonds 'Red End' hacksaw blades (empty),
Happy New Year!

That 3/4" sliding-T.. May be a silly question, but how are they used exactly? I'm just wondering about how tight a fastener driven by a 3/4"dr would have to be, as big as they are, and the strength required to bring it to that level of tightness.!

40 is a steal for that box.Picked up a snappy today, KRA-53. Made in 80' pretty good shape, no dents at all and the only rust is on the surface rust on the lid. The first pic is right after i bought it and the second pic is now. 20 minutes with a heat gun and wd40 and decals no more. I overpaid a bit at $40 but i like these boxes a lot.
