My wife account did not get $25 MP, I wonder if I want to spend time chatting with SYW about this.

But we both get $10 from the personal shopper deal. Points were added earlier today/last night.

I was curious of your results because I did a rather similar order and wasn't sure if I messed up somewhere along the way. I think you said you did the same order on her account?

When the Order Emails were broken it was difficult to verify it went through MP as oddly Order Center just says the actual card used on MP.

But the Order Email that finally arrived clearly states I used MP.

Also MP unlike PayPal has no transaction history or anything on their end. Why does MasterCard have it setup like a brand new website after years of running? Basically no options to do anything.

Others on FB and SD also didn't get the points either. Have yet to hear a single other user claim got them auto since 29th.

Yes, the Masterpass website ***** and its interface with the Sears website *****. And the lack of good info in the order history for proving Masterpass use is why I was especially concerned about the order email clog getting fixed before I placed my Masterpass order... fortunately they got it unclogged in time.

still no show for me this morning so i gave SYW a call and less than 6 min later they were in my account :beer:

Don't forget the options of FB/Twitter to talk to SYW.

They can be slow to respond but often produce good results.

Even Sears Chat very rarely will offer you FREE Shipping.

Did they mention if it doesn't for a fact need to be a $59 order?

Haven't gotten that much in months.

I got a $0.75 win on Saturday too (and a few nickels). Didn't pay attention to which one of the games it was. If it was the one called 'Daily Play', its rules don't even list $0.75 as a possible prize amount. :confused:

Yep exactly same step as in my account, which I was rewarded $25 without needing to do anything, AND I have not pick-up my items yet.

Kinda slow in the office this am, so I called the number ^^^ (thank you @tabs!). She said my points is not rewarded yet because I have not pick up my item. She assured me that once the item is picked up, points will be added. Grrr... ok fair enough. I am going to pick it up today, was going to do this yesterday, but I left the gym a bit later than usual.

Many have stated elsewhere that they picked up the items days ago and still nothing.

Some folks over on SD seem to think it must be done in batches, like some poor sap has to sit there, and go through all the names or something and apply it to everybody.

It always seems like on certain days, a number of users all say at once they got the points, but I find it interesting that here, FB, & SD, not a single user since 29th has stated they got them auto.

I did notice a hole in my Sat theory as noticed a user on FB stated they were given the points on a Tue.

Just got off the phone, there was no wait time to get a rep, took them about 10 minutes to get it done, no arguing needed. Points appeared at https://www.shopyourway.com/secured/rewards/account-history#my-points before I hung up. :thumbup:

Not sure what country I was speaking with... didn't sound Indian, don't think they have many American phone reps left, maybe Philippines? :headscrat They weren't sure how to pronounce "chisel" (started to say it with the wrong kind of "i"-sound), but everything else sounded pretty normal.

The store it picked is really far away so no way I can actually go get it any time soon. Would be a 100 mile drive and even if I do that, it still would probably be a hassle as they most likely wouldn't show automatically. Not sure worth driving 100 miles on icy roads in my state right now for a deal they may still not give me.

Hey, maybe try using the Personal Shopper app to ask if they can do anything for you about this, it's not quite the same situation as the other guy had reported recently (getting free home shipping from the PS on small orders because they'd lost all their local stores), but it wouldn't hurt to ask. :)

Thanks, that's what did so far.

My PS told me esculated and will contact me back.

So far my family member is still waiting for their PS to answer them back about the deal.

The PSes seem so incredibly busy lately where they can be available one second and then disappear for a while.

I didn't feel comfortable sitting on that many points this week, with the possibility of a liquidation announcement looming closer than ever.

Yeah, calling was a lot more hassle last summer. Once I got to the live rep this time, I said I had an order a few days ago paid with Masterpass, that I'd already picked up, but hadn't received the $25 in points from the Masterpass promotion yet. They got quiet repeatedly while they waited for / checked on stuff on their end, but I refrained from giving any additional explanations to fill the silence, just provided my phone number and order number when asked, and never had to debate whether/why they should give me the points this time.

I think I saw some complaints about that on SD some time in the past week or two. I think they might have said it sometimes reappears if you add and then remove points-usage from your order a few times? Or maybe that was just about the Masterpass payment option.

Who knows with Sears, the Paypal connection could have broken entirely now and nobody left knows how to fix it. :dunno: IIRC even when it is working normally, the Sears reps have a more difficult time doing refunds to Paypal than if you pay directly in the Sears cart, so I've never bothered with it personally.

I did an order on SYW for both Sears and KMart items.

I clearly remember applying my coupon and points.

Yet when I submit the order, it charges the entire amount to my card even though it was supposed to be only a small amount on the card.

It let me cancel the one item but not the other.

Luckily a Chat agent decided to just take the coupon and points manually, re-order canceled item, and refund the card.

I never seen an online shopping system that just seems to totally forget the coupon/rewards you applied to it.

That seems to happen from time to time for some reason. As others have said you have to remember to check the total at the bottom before hitting confirm.

Yea, usually I check so carefully, but guess had a brain malfunction this time. :eyecrazy:

Now that I ordered, watch me get the $25 MP credit after all.

Figured might as well dump my points and coupon now as figured even if I do get the MP Points, my coupon maybe could expire by then. Also, not sure what will occur after Tue's hearing, many seem to believe Ch 7 soon and points could pratically be gone in the blink of an eye.

There must be a region stipulation to free shipping from your PS.

I spoke with my PS about getting free shipping on a single Sears Item that I wanted to get with coupon along with my typical KMart Ship 3 stuff.

She stated she can't do the FS because the Sears item isn't available in my area.

Anyway, the $1 Doorbuster Game Welcome Center game is back, mentioned on SD and FB.

EDIT: Funny I should mention the Ship 3 KMart items. No clue what's going on because Chat stated deal ends 1/31 but randomly all the items no longer say 3 Ship Free and won't activate free shipping in cart.

Hah same here. My wife's account just got the MP $25 - I still have not pick up my item (planning to do pickup later today. I wonder if this is because I called SYW yesterday.

If anyone wants to call, the wait was very short, maybe 2-3 min. The CS was nice and her English was very good. I think someone earlier said the CS sounds like from Philippines, and I agree.

Now gotta find some things to buy..

That's my plan as well. I have $35/month in points coming back through May. Starting in February with the $59 OOP requirement for free shipping, I will have a hard time finding anything I want to spend cash on.
