Thanks to everyone who posted deals in 2018! Especially gumme with the ladders. I was fortunate to have two ship and I just had the chance to use them this past week on a porch restoration. No you’re not supposed to use ladder jacks on these ladders... but you can.

Also, a couple poulan chainsaws 50% off at my local store.

Just bought Armstrong VCT Commercial Tile for $0.08 ea at a store that is closing. Deal was 90% off regular price if you bought out what was left of that item. I needed 15 boxes, the pallet had 16 boxes of the grey color so I jumped on it and them 2 - 4 gal buckets of adhesive for $7.43 ea

Precisely what I am looking for but BS shows full price here still.

Where did you see them on sale?

They have the SBD Craftsman 1/2" impact, reciprocating saw, jigsaw and grinder kits with battery and charger on clearance. It looks like they are switching to offering those tools as tool only, as those are available, but at normal price.

One example is the kit of the reciprocating saw, 4.0 Ah battery and charger is about $4 less than the saw by itself. :)

Yes I noticed that as well. If anyone is planning to invest in this platform looks like you should go all in early!

The Poulan looked interesting until I read the reviews. Not good to say the least. Seems that a lot of people had trouble with the chain coming off, rough idle, recoil starter problems, etc.

I would not be bothered by those few bad reviews. Others are pretty good. It shows the discount when I view it, but goes to normal price when I add to my cart. I may swing by the store and check. For $40, I'll give it a shot.

Damn, I could use some of this. My big bottle is about empty. None available locally thought...

I use this stuff religously in all my 5gal cans. Have never had ethanol related problems on my power equipment that only gets used half the year and sits the rest. Highly recommended if you don't already useit.

Thanks...picked up a couple bottles. The sealed bottles should have decent shelf life.

The big one I had said use within 2 years of the printed date. I don't think it said anything about "after opening".

Lowe's ships to Zimbabwe? The Thermoform bed is made of plastic, the Truper is steel. I think each has it's advantages, and mostly dependent on what you will use it for. I'd you store it outdoors, I'd reccomend the plastic bed.

I hope the Truper comes dissassembled, I just ordered 7, 6 to trade with my Amish neighbors.

I really appreciate all the posts from gumme and McTiger. I've scored so many of those deals. I hope gumme will reconsider but agree how annoying it is when leeches bite the hand that feeds them.

I haven't posted deals recently because I just haven't had enough time to trawl my local store as in the past. But I did see this today - $30 (regular $129) at my store as well as several nearby stores. I didn't buy it because I am a vacuum snob.

On the stabil 360.. never had issues with it like the old stabil. I always buy the marine, works just as good as the red in anything but has a formulation to Create a vapor to help with steel tanks and rust. I always run that and seafoam through my boat, and the same combo on all my lawn equipment before I run it dry every year. Have been getting no humming issues and starts on the first pull when season rolls around
Good stuff. I hated the old stabil personally.

The key is to use the ethanol treatment version(s). The regular Sta-Bil does nothing for ethanol. Ethanol is what causes all the carburetor gum up problems when something sits for a few months (sometimes even less). I like you use the blue stuff religiously. Every 5 gallon can I have gets a dose each time it's filled. I even put a dose of Seafoam in at the same time as well. That way, everything I fuel up with those cans (lawnmowers, snowblowers, generators, etc.) gets both the Sta-Bil and the Seafoam every time. In doing this, I have never had any startup issues after an off-season layup. Everything always starts right up and runs just as it should. I highly recommend it to anyone and everyone. Again, just make sure it's the ethanol treatment stuff.
