Now I'm on to returning things through Napa online and they want me to get a Return Goods Authorization Number and their customer supports not open of course, so now I gotta call during my work day. Get a shipping label emailed to me. Print it. Drive to UPS to ship it back to them, and wait to be credited so I can buy the same tool over again. Should have just bought something I could see first hand I suppose, **** me.
The screwdrivers I got are nice, so that's something. Sorry to rain on your parade, glad to see everyones getting new not used tools

Edit; Sorry I was being a victim today. Got my ratchets exchanged, no used ones in this set. Going to just keep the "new or used" ratchet wrenches and put them into service tomorrow so I don't have to deal with it anymore. Hopefully I get to use them a bunch, I'll feel less bad about it.
