Yeah, that's the kind of situation I was afraid of when I heard about the weird not-ordering-through-your-account thing the Personal Shoppers have to do with some orders. I wish they could just do it all through the customer's account like the chat reps can (including cancelling out shipping fees when they're convinced to, and accepting non-points payment). No need for this awkward redundant system the PSes have...![]()
Also it's so difficult to get a hold of the PSes.
My agent after I said what the store said, stated "If out of stock, we either have to wait until back in stock or order another item".
I almost immediately tell her of another item, and now it says she's been gone for 3 hours.
Don't know if they are having a meeting or what is going on.
I should have known to stay away from this item as it doesn't hold stock very long at Sears.

kinda hard to prioritize what to buy first when we do not know which they will stop selling.
