I called them once to buy a rebuild kit for an old ratchet I bought off eBay (SL710). I used to use it at work and the spring was worn out, especially in Loosen for some reason. Taking it apart, teeth showed signs of chipping. had seen that kits were $10 which isn't a bad price at all, but the guy I talked to on the phone sent me one free. And yes I was up front I bought it used.
New kit had the little bullet plunger instead of the ball bearing just sitting on the spring, thumbs up there Snap-on

, way easier to reassemble. I also gained 8 teeth! Original 24 vs 32 rebuild. However the spring needs trimmed I think, as backdrag is INSANE. I have yet to get around to it, so that was the only negative part of the experience.
