I just looked your wrench up to be sure. Clicker type torque wrenches are virtually always of the stated accuracy from 100% down to 20% even if the scale goes lower. Below that the spring is so slack that it is not possible to certify the accuracy. That means your 100 to 10ft lb wrench is only reliable down to 20 ft lbs. Right off Amazon: + or - 3% from 100% to 20% of full scale. I could not find it on the SK site. To get into that 10 ft lb range you probably want an in. lb. wrench. When they calibrate them they are checked at 20%, 100% and some intermediate value.
