I'm failing to see the problem here....looks like basic old capitalism to me.

Came here to say that. It works wonders.

Just yesterday we got an offer for a ticket to a sold out event in Charleston that is located right next door to the Embassy Suites. What the heck, lets check room rates.
Yea, the normal $165 a night was jacked up to $277 and the county, city and state add another $100. Not to mention the ticket for the Bourbon and Bacon event was $90.
Told the wife hell no! We just dropped $800 on two drink packages for our cruise coming up in March, no way was I going to drop $500+ to drive 100 miles and get drunk in a hotel that already has an open happy hour anyway. Lets throw dinner and other expenses on top of that.
Told her Embassy Suites is also learning about capitalism since this close to the event they should have been sold out by now.

People wonder, how children learn to become bullies.

It's ironic, that if snap on Wmt to mark their products prices up 800% that's perfectly fine, but if average Joe wants to make a few bucks on an usual item then, he's just being greedy and they are for, really deserves a beat down

not that I give a **** because I wouldn't spend $600 on a craftsman set, but per the classified sticky:

Note: The Garage Journal is not a classifieds site. We have a classifieds section just so that users can help each other out with deals and finds. If you are here looking for profit, please don't post.
