I know my homeboy is old school never mind just old

I really tried to stay in the shop, BUT, my wife baked 41 cinnamon buns and I was called in to test taste one. I had a second CB forced on me. The coffee was very good, also.

Cool, do you have a build thread on it here? Would like to see more pics!!
Can of worms: OPEN!
I’ve decided to tackle some issues while I figure out what I’ll do with the fuel system...
My new to me 68 dodge was cranking slow. Even with a fully charged battery and on 200a engine start. All connections clean, and same thing.
I have an extra high torque mini starter left over from another project, so it was going to go in. Getting the big *** one out of a truck with headers was an adventure, but I managed without having to remove the header.
Then...... I noticed a freeze plug dripping on my forehead as I laid under there.
That was the start...
Then I looked at the freeze plug behind the starter. Not dripping as of yet, but you could tell it was thin. So it came out.
Got the front and rear drivers side side freeze plugs out and ran a hose through it. Mud came out.
Now I’m debating wether or not I should pull the motor/trans to get to the rear of the block. I know they’ll let go at the most inopportune time.... plus I can clean/degrease everything while everything is out.
So I’ll reiterate. The can of worms is OFFICIALLY open...

The shop looks to be a decent size. It's definitely bigger than the half of a 2 car I get to use currently.
Looks good. You did the finger cuts on a table saw?

I've been so busy trying to get all the Spring Deadline guys' jobs finished up that I haven't been on the boards too much lately.
The latest is a BIG job for a new customer in Colorado who has a '69 Dart 440 with a six pack ...
His Hurst shift lever had been modified (or repaired) and had seen better days. It was dolled up with my best gloss black with logos that match the metallic light green on his interior.
These HP273 Commandos were shipped out to a young guy in Kansas named Jed Scott. He and his dad are GREAT! (Check out his YouTube channel at Scott's Speed Shop. This video makes me PROUD!!!)
I'll try and be better about keeping up. I miss you guys!!!![]()
