That market is a bit saturated. There’s always a way to make money though, especially with social media and the internet connecting you to millions of people without any leg work.

It’s been raining pretty non stop so it’s been slow going. Windows are all covered on the inside for paint but electricity isn’t hooked up yet so it’s pretty dark on the inside for pictures. I’ll probably have some new stuff posted in a few days.

Interior stain and window trims are finished. This week we’ll be knocking out all the painting and hopefully stairs going to the loft. Next week will be floors.

Made some more progress. Garage doors are in. Slab has been diamond ground in prep for epoxy. Kitchen cabinets are in. Eves have been stained and gutters painted. Stone is almost done on the columns.

Stone pillars and trim are finishing up and custom front door made by my friend was installed. I was worried about the colors clashing but I love how it’s turning out.

Eventually it’ll become my dream house. When I don’t need the massive amount of shop space anymore I’ll finish it all out into living space and add garage to the end of the building.

Helps that my entire house (camper) and garage (shed attached) fits inside your garage. I'm dreaming big! Living like no one else so later I can live and give like no one else.

Probably house an RV and boat when I’m retired and I’ll leave the storage racks for all the **** I don’t want in my garage with my cars and motorcycles. I don’t even want a boat or RV, but that’s the wife’s dream so gotta throw her a bone when we settle down.

Is he planning on adding some stonework to that expanse of stucco?
