Yorkshire Calling!
Decided I need to get back to something approaching "normal" (although is habitual tool buying normal?????

)
Popped over to my favourite Reclamation Yard yesterday and was meant to find old hardwood planks for a project....but...
Picked up a pair of fairly modern red painted bentwood chairs for £5 each. A quick wipe with a damp rag and they are already in use.
A rather odd ball pick was this quirky wooden violin case, it was tucked away behind a pile of signs the guy had forgotten about, £10. No idea on what I'll use it for...as I'm musically inept
Aaannnnnnnndddddd another vise!!!!
No.1 Paramo (made in England) mounted to a nice base plank, that has been sized to clamp perfectly into a B&D Workmate, or a Samsonian Vise. £10

After just a brief degrease most of the "rust" has cleared and the black finish is in amazing condition!.
May post more pics in the vise thread.
And as I was awake at 5am this morning I dragged myself out of bed to have a poke around the Sunday fleamarket and spent a total of £10.....£3 of which was for a Bacon Butty

.....and £1 for entry

>New roll of "rag-towl" £2
>The sieve, tin cup, metal film tub and two screwdrivers came from one seller for £1. The cup,sieve and film tin were from a film developers dark room. The sieve has hooks on the side to hold onto the lip of a bucket...useful parts washer

>2 pairs of small "Made in Sheffield" scissors £1
>Long handle Knipex pincers £1- Made in Germany, jaws need a little work (nicks)
>Rabone "Tuflok" 3m aluminium tape measure £0.50p
>KING **** Metric DOE spanner £0.50p - Didn't need another spanner but it has an MOD Broadarrow and a 1985 stamp ...................the spanner and I are the same age!?!?
