Teach her to back into the garage?

We have a saying in Iowa, maybe you do in Illinois as well.

Good luck! ( I think you know what that means)

If you had them for three years, then she had to know they were going to get hung up sooner or later. Just tell her you were trying to get them out of the way.

Pregnant women develop super-human strength, so good luck with that.

My wife rearranged our apartment when she was 8 months pregnant. She move furniture by herself that I couldn't even budge.

You're wrapping up some details so you can focus on her and the baby in the coming weeks.

OR

Here's the new cabinet for overflow of the diapers, wipes, snacks, etc.

Congrats on your new project.

better hope she doesn't interpret it as you love your tools and cabinets more than you love me. That is how my ex-wife interpreted it and why she divorced me. They really don't care about how organized you are, especially when they first have children. They set up little traps to see if you can navigate thru them.

My wife said to tell her to chill. She isn’t even allowed to step in the garage. :) And when the garage door opens and alerts me when I am at work she receives a text asking what she is doing in my garage.

Tell her not to fret over it, you still left her the oven and dishwasher.

You need to deflect her wrath, by giving her the name and address of the architect that designed that narrow-*** garage. Garages without adequate room to properly open car doors are my pet peeve...

Trade sides. You should always take the less easy spot in deference to your bride.

Yep, always give the bride the easier place to park or keep your vehicle outside -- more garage space that way. The fairer *** occasionally sporadically sometimes, um, are parking-challenged.

I always back cars into the garage and never hit anything even if it's a tight fit. I like to back her car in especially, so she can get out easier. You should see my friend's garage. He has a huge massive Silverado truck -- extended cab, long bed, and he backs it in. Meanwhile, his wife's tiny little Chevy Spark is pulled straight in. If he drives, he will back it in for her.

Just play dumb. Convince her she has baby brain and that those cabinets have been hung for months at her request.

Or try and tell her you did it for more storage space because babies need tons of stuff so the more storage the better. I had to build storage shelves in the attic and re-organize to make the wife happy while pregnant.

LOW1's Rule Number One of Marital Bliss: Always try to reduce and absolutely never increase the number of things your spouse can run into. She will hit them and regardless of how, when, or why IT WILL BE YOUR FAULT!
