Yeah, But it's not like I'm throwing money away buying tools I already have 5 of, just because it was a good deal.

Harley Riders, there's a garage door opener that replaces the front master cylinder cap. Must be a closeout or discontinued item as there are some places wanting $150 for them and some places have them for $35.

HDT-1/HBP01 Fits Touring bikes and is flat black
HDS-2/HPB02 Fits Dyna/Softails and is gloss black
Think there's some other models too.

Same here. I had my cart loaded up and ready to go. When no code came, I purchased most of those items from Amazon and a few from Target. I think eBay missed the boat on this.

Kind of a neat old Vise Grip copy still in the box. I've come across these used at sales and they aren't anything great, but grabbed one of these as a collector item since it was new in box. Appears to be a later version that doesn't have the pivoting lower jaw. I sent an offer of $12 and it was accepted.

I gave up too and went ahead and ordered my parts through Amazon Prime. They were cheaper since eBay didn’t put out a coupon and Prime will deliver quicker. Really disappointed in eBay. Although they will probably put out a 20% off coupon now that I’ve ordered everything elsewhere

They virtually ceased offering these blanket codes. For most of this year they have only distributed codes to targeted groups of people.

In my case, every time someone has posted a something about a code, I check the app and ebay's home page and nothing. Since I've taken advantage of most of their buying promotions in the past 1+ year, they probably stopped excluded me from the group that gets buying incentives. They are sending me offers to sell stuff (which I almost never do). I took advantage of one of them, but 3-4 more went unused.

With the 10% back in points, might be a good time to order these. I like them but haven't used them much yet. I think whether or not you like the shape of the handles will be really subjective. They're Opticraft screwdrivers made in Germany by Sora, sold by Alfa Tools:

My $5 coupon showed up today. No email notification at all. The coupon appeared at the top of my watch list after several days.

The hex bolsters on that set are useful and they have a nice matte chrome finish.
