I need to pick up a die grinder and cut off tool myself. Been debating between AP and Aircat for my uses. In my case it will be used in an industrial farm work environment rather than home gaming, but not really often enough for me to justify the higher cost of Snap-on, Sioux, and the other premium air tool lines.
While I have nothing relevant to add to this thread, I am posting in order to remember to check back in once there are a few more folks with experience posting their likes and dislikes.
Those look good but I like right angle for most cut off. These are my farmer picks, the 4 inch is brutal tuff. Never even had a screw loose on one.
I like them as good or better than the "brand" units which used to cost hundreds, when they wore or broke parts were hard to deal wit and often got a sol story,,,, same with some precision instruments, , the low cost is a bonus as a guy can afford a couple. I should have got another couple straight in the pic,,,, so much easier than repairs to other units.
I should get a small ra to run scotchbrite just never did as I had something else to ran them straight a couple times but I use 4 inch wire for most engine parts type stuff, so much faster.
