Switching motor from 220v to 110v

My father gave me some of his tools as he downsizes. One is this Grizzly band saw. He was running it on 220v, but I need to switch to 110v. It looks like it’s fairly simple - just follow the diagram. The wires are numbered, so move the to the positions shown. Am I missing anything?

Also, when I wire up the plug, which wire goes to which post? The green is ground, but the other two?

If the on/off switch is single pole then make sure it's switching the hot side. If the switch is two pole then it doesn't matter.

Honestly to be done correctly it needs a 30 amp circuit on 120v. There's a good chance it will trip a 20.

Only reason that it might not trip is because it’s a bandsaw, but being of ChiCom origin who knows.
