I ordered one despite swearing off purchasing from Lowes again, just because I thought I couldn't go wrong at this price. I was wrong about not being wrong. Lowes just sent me an email requiring me to call them (call, not respond to the email, not chat, not go to the website, CALL) to keep the order current. The email was very clear that if I failed to call, my order would be cancelled. I did call, and waited on hold for just over 46 minutes!!! Once connected, the agent was completely useless. Every time I try to shop at Lowes, I ask myself how this company stays in business. In this day and age, do people really put up with this sh*t???
