Has any one else had problems with the Craftsman Lithium-ion batteries not charging?
My older Ni-cad batteries are dying a slow death (shorter run times). So, I bought two new 19.2volt Lithium-ion batteries (link) and the new 4-port multichemistry charger (link) so I can charge all batteries and not waste the money on a single charger.
Well, I hook it up, insert my batteries and wait for the fun to begin... The charger charges my old batteries (link) no prob... but won't charge the li-ion ones fully: it says their charged, but they run 30 seconds then die.
So, I exchange the batteries thinking they may be defective. I put the new ones in the charger and it says their charging... the green light indicating fully charged comes on so I put one in the tool... 30 seconds later it's dead.
So I take the charger back and exchange it for a new one; long story short: same $h!tty results!!!

Am I missing something obvious? do I need to charge the batteries in the single li-ion charger 1st? I wouldn't think it would matter and the batteries should all charge the same.
The batteries fit in my tools (don't say C3 on them) the same as the ni-cads so they should work... right?
