Whoa, a lot's been posted since this morning! I remembered reading it somewhere (a NZ-based newspaper or news site here), and it was at the time that there were a lot of cases of date theft/loss in the UK, especially through MOD staff taking out laptops... I really hoped to find the link, but since I can't, I've retracted it- thanks for calling me on it Moose, I'd hate to be peddling urban myth! I'm pretty sure it's now the first result on the google search for 'ministry of defence' and 'pink laptops' though...

There is another Matco dealer other than daveblank. Billin21 I beleive. He does not post much. Quattrojohn is an independent in England I beleive. There is also a Cornwell dealer that has made a couple of posts that I have seen.

our cornwell man has been here for 2 years. the one before that lasted 6 months and the one before that went to jail for signing people up on contracts that never purchased anything. he popped one if my good customers for 6000 on an otc scanner. cornwell has a bad rap out here.

My Dealers truck was almost 1/4 stocked with pink stuff last week. He was really nice and gave me a couple of pairs of the pink Snap-on socks to give to my Mother from him for Mothers Day. I strongly debated buying the pink ratcheting screwdriver for my Dad as a joke but he already has a few other colors and I think the Blue-Point one he normally uses is actually nicer than the S/o ones so I had to resist.

Hello gang, been a while

I picked up two Pink ratcheting screwdrivers. I have a good dealer that I pass on the way home. I call, he listens and calls when it comes in. I asked him 3 months ago to get me two pinks for my mom and wife. He had some more pink stuff.

I picked up socks and screwdrivers for the ladies in the family, he threw in socks for me (sans pink thank you) and I went on my way. The cordless pink screwdriver was tempting but I passed. My Milwaukee is cutting it for me right now.
