Selling my dream garage due to a corporate relocation.
Located in Pearland, TX, just south of Houston. Includes a 2500 sq. ft. 3 bedroom, 2 bath house on 1/2 acre.
The garage measures 32x44. When I built the home in 1999 it had a three car detached garage. Later (2005) I doubled the size by adding on to the back. The addition is not visible from the street. I had it completely finished with sheetrock, insulated, plumbed for running water and a toilet, and installed central heat and A/C. It is well-lighted with a couple of large windows and diamond plate fluorescents throughout. Floors have been epoxy coated. It includes an eight foot garage door on the back for garden equipment.
