Thanks. Today was full of driving all over the place.
First stop was off FBMB, on a lead I thought was a dead-end. Messaged the person a handful of times over a week and a half, with no response. Then out of the blue, I get a response! Set up a time to go look today (about an hour north). Get up there, and it looks exactly as advertised.
Rockwell 12/14 Tilting Arbor Saw! Born in 78, 7.5hp motor. Motor sounds like it may need new bearings, but part of the back fan shroud is also bent, so that may be interfering. Came with a brand new 14" plywood blade, and still has the original mitre gauge, and dust port! They really just wanted it gone, and bonus points that it was going to someone who could use and restore it. The top has a bit of surface rust, but nothing deep (you can see the balf moon where the mitre gage was sitting). Loaded it up for a cool $140 and drove home, grinning all the way. Pics do not convey the sheer size of this thing. Absolutely dwarfs my Unisaw.
Then, since I had made two different trips to grab things this weekend (and I was supposed to work on house projects), my buddy and I went and got this pair of recliners and couch off of Nextdoor. Lady was moving on Tues, and just needed them out of her house. Turns out they are electric recline, American Furniture Warehouse (one local in CO), and barely under 4yrs old. Looking them up, it seems the set retails for about $2000, but since she was out of time, they were listed for FREE!
Overall, ended up with a motor, a power hacksaw, a Rockwell 12/14 Cabinet Saw, and a full set of living room Furniture. All for 270$. Headed out next week back to the honey hole, and should have more old iron to post!
